Questionnaire

You will find the available questionnaires subdevided in different branches in the menu on the right. For more info about requesting a questionnaire for free, please select one from the right menu. 

Each questionnaire is constructed using a number of indicators. Your customers or employees can answer these indicators in 2 dimensions: how satisfied are your customers or employees and how important do your customers or employees feel a certain question is. The questionnaire can be headed by your own logo. This is simple to add.

Invitations

As soon as the questionnaire meets your requirements, you can publish the questionnaire by putting it online. You can choose to place the questionnaire on your website using a link, or invite your customers or employees by e-mail.

If you decide to publish the questionnaire on your website, visitors can participate through the website. This way the respondents take part in the survey anonymously and you will not be able to find out who participated in your survey. Alternatively, you can choose participation by means of a web link that you send to your customers or employees by e-mail. Your customers or employees log into the questionnaire using a link in the e-mail. Easy and clear.

You can formulate the invitation e-mail yourself - you determine the subject, introduction and greeting yourself. Then you copy the e-mail addresses to the programme or import them from Excel. Now you are really ready to send!
