1. Can I view the questionnaire in advance?
Before you order you will get a good idea of the questionnaire. You will receive the entire questionnaire after you have selected and paid for the desired survey. You can of course print and view the questionnaire.
2. Can I make changes to the questionnaire?
Integron Direct was developed to be used with a broad group of companies and organisations. The questionnaire cannot be changed, as this would mean that you would not have comparative figures (benchmark) with others. If you want to use your own questionnaire, Integron can see to it that one is made to measure for you.
3. Can I distribute the questionnaire in more than one language?
The questions within 1 survey are in 1 language. When selecting the survey you will see in which languages the questionnaire is available. If you want to distribute the questionnaire in a number of languages, you need to order the appropriate number of surveys.
4. Can I classify my customer or employee target group in segments?
You can divide your customers or employees into a maximum of 3 segments. An example of such is a customer classification by region, size (large, medium-sized or small) or employee type (office, production).
5. Can I invite my own customers or employees?
Yes, this is part of the software.
6. Can I upload the database?
The copy and paste functions make it easy to copy a list of e-mail addresses to the invitation field. It doesn't matter whether this list comes from Word, Excel or another programme.
7. Is the e-mail personalised?
The e-mail is not personalised. The reason is that - particularly in employee satisfaction surveys - there can be no link between the responses and the respondents.
8. Can I also conduct a written survey?
Yes, you can print and copy the questionnaire and distribute it among your target group. Following this you send the questionnaire to a single e-mail address using the online system (for instance your own e-mail address). The link can then be followed by e-mail and the hard-copy data can be entered manually. Needless to say, the results are anonymous.
9. Can I view the report online?
Yes, you can.
10. Will I also receive the report in PDF-format?
Yes, you will receive a well presented PDF report that includes a contents list and explanatory texts.
11. What is the benchmark data based on?
If we have benchmark data available, we will indicate this. This benchmark data originates from the database of the parent company Integron. This company has been conducting national and international surveys since 1993. All results of customer and employee satisfaction surveys are linked to a sector.
12. How old is the benchmark data?
The benchmark data is updated continually. The data is usually no older than 3 months.
13. What if there is no benchmark data?
You can participate at a lower tariff if the questionnaire is new and no benchmark results are available as yet. As more companies or organisations participate, the benchmark is compiled. Once we have sufficient companies in the database to calculate a benchmark, you will receive an e-mail with a link that allows you to download a new report (containing benchmark data). You will not have to pay extra for this.
14. How is the benchmark calculated?
We use 3 criteria for the benchmark: the arithmetical average from a sector, the highest scored value and the lowest scored value.
15. Do I get an explanation of what the results mean?
The report is structured in such a way that you are guided by the results. This will give you a conclusive insight into the priorities for your company, organisation or institute. Should you still need a personal clarification or even a presentation, this is possible. In that case please contact Integron.
16. Do I also contribute to the benchmark?
Your results also contribute to the benchmark.
17. Will I remain anonymous as a company?
Yes, your anonymity is 100% guaranteed.
18. Will my customers and employees remain anonymous?
Yes, their anonymity is 100% guaranteed.
19. What happens to the e-mail addresses in the system?
Nothing happens to them; they are permanently removed after the survey.
20. How are the results of my survey used?
Integron BV and its subsidiary Integron Direct BV guarantee 100% confidentiality of data. Benchmark data will never be linked to an individual company. Integron is also a member of the global sector organisation Esomar. Integron complies with the codes of conduct of this sector association. One of the rules is that the respondents remain anonymous and that the results of the surveys are never published.
21. Who is Integron Direct?
Integron Direct BV is a joint enterprise of Integron BV and NetQuestionnaires (NETQ). Integron specialises in satisfaction surveys and has existed since 1993. Integron has offices in Rotterdam, London, Düsseldorf, Paris and Charlotte, US. NETQ has been a leader in applications for online market research since 2002 and services the European market from its bases in Utrecht and Zurich.
