Personal price calculation
You pay per survey and for the number of questionnaires you have sent out. You select the survey and the number of respondents to be invited that best suits your customer or employee target group. A rule of thumb is to expect an average response of between 10% and 30% to online customer satisfaction surveys, and between 50% and 80% for employee satisfaction surveys.
